Becca & Jordan- Intimate Courthouse Wedding
Becca and I first met at University of Louisiana at Lafayette where our friendship grew, and she is now one of my dearest friends. When I began getting to know Jordan a little better, it was obvious how strong his feelings were for Becca. He looks at her with such adoration and the two of them together make one of the funniest pairs I know! They both bring out the best in each other and the day they got engaged was so exciting for everyone!
Becca first came to me a few months before their planned date and told me that they really wanted an intimate courthouse ceremony. Did you say small? Intimate? Of course! I was ecstatic to be present for the marriage of two amazing people. The morning started off like any other day...casual, patient, and a few moments to be pensive about the events ahead. Becca and Jordan waited in her Stepfather's office while their families began to arrive. The day was exactly what Becca and Jordan talked about. At 10:00am on the morning of Good Friday, with the smell of coffee drifting through the room, and Becca walking down the aisle to music playing from a cell phone, Jordan looked at his bride with such tenderness and these two became one with only their families there to witness their unity. It was one of the most beautiful ceremonies which stood out with its simplicity and heartfelt vows. After the ceremony, their families gathered at her grandmother's house downtown for a champagne toast to celebrate! Cheers to all the years ahead Mr. & Mrs. Jordan Unger!
